A Friendly Scrim :)
Hey guys,
I'm here from eGO to ask if you guys want to have a friendly scrim against eGO? Maybe make it a monthly thing to help keep the game alive and keep our spirits ago the game alive!
I know we have had our differences on the RnL forums, but I say lets take it onto the battlefield! It will be a fun scrim for bragging rights, and to get our differences aside and focus on keeping RnL alive.
Contact me on steam at =(eG)= Baen
Thank you!

Re: A Friendly Scrim :)
Sounds like fun idea.
Only thing that bothers me is that you guys are US based and we are EU based, which means that one team will have to endure huge prediction issues while playing on a server in another continent.
Which btw is the very reason for the argument we had in RnL forums cos you try to man your US server in EU prime time, which is not good for the community.

I would be able to overcome the issue for some scrimmage though, but I assume I might be alone with that "feeling" .
A good thing is that I've always considered the eGO servers to be (among) the ones I get the lowest ping to in the US from the time I played Insurgency =).

I'm just thinking, we could do a scrim on our US server, and than your EU server. And we can do best 2 out of 3, and than do like a chance game (like a dice roll or random #) to see who's server it is on the 3rd match if it comes up.
Hows a 5v5 scrim sound?

5 vs 5 sounds weird but just out of curiosity we could try that. Most of the maps are too big for so low player amount and the default tickets are way too high.

Well the tickets wouldn't matter, because I was planning 1 life per person. 5v5 Might work if one team defend and the other attack.

5on5 could perhaps work in a 1 life scenario. Imagine stcome DMC only, I think it could be a lot of fun =).

We'll see if we can get something together, although I would assume we are not active enough atm =(.
